When
an alien being crash lands on the remote location of the

Deerhaven

The
Trident of Light (TOL) – a sparse global clandestine
organization – has kept Evil at
bay since the thwarted London Apocalypse, also known as
the Great Fire of London in
1666. The most recognized of the TOL teams is Branch #204
in San Jose, CA, lead by
Detective John Lantree, San Jose Police’s Special
Investigations Division – a division of
one. Lantree, being an expert in paranormal and occult
studies, and being well versed in
cryptozoology investigates crimes that fall into the realm
of ‘weird”. Usually dealing
with the occult, Lantree ends up taking on the cases
personally while truly orchestrating
his private team of paranormal eliminators (the TOL) into
action against the
abominations of evil. Vampires, Werewolves, Zombies, and
those who control them are
usually systematically wiped out, and the case
“solved” for all intents and purposes.
However,
the “cases” of late have had an eerily calculated feel
to them. TOL Potentials,
those who have unique mental and paranormal abilities, are
being killed one by one
across the globe. The future generations of the TOL are at
risk, and it’s up to Lantree to
find out why. A 5000-year old Necromancer has something to
do with it, as does the
werewolf clan, Phoenix-Wolf. Both are under the influence
and instruction of the
“Zealot”, Argus, a wizard in the monarchy of the Nokt
- the most ferocious clan of evil
assembled. Vampires, werewolves, demons and those who
worship them, have all joined
the Nokt out of survival – it was either join or die.
Now numbering the hundreds of
thousands, Argus leads his horde to the inevitable

Saddened
